The nature of our services involves a wedding couple. We may deal directly with one person in the couple who gives us information about their partner. In this situation we are collecting information about a third party (the partner), however given the relationship between the couple, we rely on the person that we deal with having the consent of their partner to give us your personal information.
Similarly, we may also collect information about other third parties, when the couple (or our Customer) chooses to give us details of other parties in relation to the wedding. We do not otherwise obtain personal information from third parties.

We may use your personal information to:

- Communicate with you
- Provide our services to you
- Send you marketing communications; and
- Handle any complaints.

- When disclosure to third parties is necessary to achieve a primary purpose, such as have a wedding supplier contact you.

If you book an appointment with us, you must provide us with your name and contact information so that we can get in touch with you in relation to the appointment. You can choose to use the App with a pseudonym, however if you do, it will impact upon our ability to provide services to you.

However we cannot guarantee that the security of information transmitted through the internet or through the App is impenetrable. You are responsible for keeping all passwords confidential and configuring the appropriate control settings on your devices.
