Detailed 4 Day Elopement Itinerary & Inclusions:
Day 1 – Pre-Elopement Day Inclusions
- Check-in to Gumnut Cottage – 2pm onwards
- Romantic Touches waiting upon arrival: Local Bath Products, Sweet Treats, White Rose Petal Display, Local Loose-Leaf Tea / Flavoured Locally Ground Coffee / Specialty Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows
- Gumnut Cottage Accommodation for Two – Night 1
- Optional Extras (not included in package):
- Consider local massage / spa treatment in Heyfield / Traralgon / Sale
- Local Grazing Platters / Catering available upon request
- Dine Out at one of our local restaurants, wineries, pubs. Assistance with dining reservations will be offered prior and confirmed prior to your arrival
Day 2 – Elopement Day Inclusions
- Continental Breakfast for Two

- Co-ordination by Host of the days’ events / run-sheet with your selected vendors (providing written details agreed and provided at least 14 days prior – preferably during phase two planning). Dining / catering reservation for this evening will have been confirmed by us several days prior
- 12-2pm: Physical styling / site preparation undertaken by Host (as outlined in section G below)
- 3pm Ceremony Time (suggested)
- 2-6pm – Up to Four Hours Award Winning Wedding Photography from Gumnut Studio – Pre ceremony portraits (separately), ceremony / signing, couple session (can include other local locations such as Heyfield Wetlands, Cowwarr Weir, Lake Glenmaggie, Glenmaggie Wooded Area (check gumnutstudio.com.au for brand details | portfolio) – Valued at $1,795
